File Attachments to Answer Library Records: When Smart Response can't find a semantic match in the Answer Library Q&A records, it will still generate an answer if relevant data exists, now with the added ability to analyze content from Word, PDF, and Excel files attached to Q&A records for improved answer generation.
Previously, guest users on CENTRL managed assessments and Answer Library content individually through their personal portal. In our last release, we introduced Team Management , allowing organizations to register their company and benefit from a unified, collaborative workspace.
With the April release, we're making Team Management even more accessible by introducing entirely self-service team registration . Additionally, registered team accounts will gain limited access to advanced Response Management functionality enabling you to digitize offline questionnaires and effortlessly respond using existing documentation, policies, and Answer Library content.

Simple, Self-Service Registration: Guest users can easily upgrade to a Team Management account without needing to request assistance from our team.

Invite Your Collaborators: During the registration process, users will see a list of team members they've previously collaborated with, making it easy to invite colleagues to join their new team-managed account.

Intelligent Account Discovery: When registering, we will automatically notify users if their collaborators already belong to an existing team-managed account and provide the option to request to join their account.

Effortless Approval Management: Administrators of team-managed accounts will see new join requests and can approve or deny user access within the admin area.

Exclusive Response Management Preview: Team-managed accounts will gain access to a preview version of Response Management, which brings offline answering into Centrl. Response Management lets users digitize offline questionnaires and quickly answer from the Answer Library and internal documents.
