CENTRL's platform is updated regularly to ensure that users get the very latest features and fixes. Features and fixes are released to our Sandbox environment first, giving our users time to test and play around with any updates on the same, then released to the Production environment a couple weeks after.

We will start posting our Responder Pre-Release notes and Responder Release Notes to our Help Center around three weeks before the scheduled release dates.
