Response360 is the first-of-its-kind generative AI solution tailored specifically for responders of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other questionnaires. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technology, Response360 automates questionnaire responses and continuously updates a centralized repository of your response content. This transformative approach virtually eliminates manual errors, boosting overall efficiency and reliability in the response process.

All users now have access to Response360 Starter, a basic plan with access to the Answer Library. As your centralized source for standardized, accurate responses, Answer Library saves time and ensures consistency across all your questionnaires. Paired with Smart Response, it simplifies your workflow by automatically suggesting answers from both offline documents and curated Answer Library records.
Please Note: Answer Library population will occur over the weekend of Jan 24th
All users can update their Answer Library directly in the application or via export / import workflows.
Because Response360 Starter users have individual managed accounts not a team managed accounts, they cannot assign Answer Library records to reviewers or attach files to answer records. Users can reach out to support@oncentrl.com or send a request through the new Team Management module to request to be upgraded to a company managed account.
All users now have the option to add answers to their Answer Library.
Response360 Starter users will see plan information and the option to upgrade to the paid Response360 Enterprise solution.
Response360 Starter users will see the option to enable Team Management at no cost which allows them to build a company level Answer Library and manage users.
All users will now have access to a File Library to view files attached to s. Users can now upload files ahead of time to build a library to use for answer generation.
All users will now have access to uploading XLSX files as a source for answer generation.
All users will see the option to “Use verbatim text for AI Generated answers” when generating answers.
Response360 Enterprise users will have the ability to run Smart Response on a single question, section, or subsection.
Response360 Enterprise users will be able to create new questionnaires by selecting from a list of standard industry DDQ templates.
Response360 Enterprise users will experience an enhanced questionnaire import experience. The import will now automatically pick up the answer type of the questions (i.e. open-text, yes/no, multiple choice, and table) as well as answer options.
recipients who receive clarifications that include re-opened questions will no longer receive two separate emails for the same questions. Instead, they will only receive only one email notification as shown in the example below.
All Client Connect users will be able to export their questionnaires in a standard Word format.
