System Administrators can attach partner-related files and documentation related to each partner from the System Admin Module.
This feature is especially useful when you want to attach files at the Partner level. This enables all the other users in your organization to view or download these attached files.
Note: Attaching files to a Partner's Profile from the System Admin Module is only available to System Administrators. If you do not have these permissions enabled, please reach out to a current System Administrator.

Navigate to the System Admin Module, Partners screen, and click on your desired partner as shown below.

Click on the Files tab, then click on the Attach Files button to upload files and save them to your partner's profile.

In the Add Files window, drag and drop up to 20 files at a time. Alternatively, you may also select existing files from your library by clicking. Once you are done uploading files, click on the Upload button to exit.

You have the option to Download or Delete the attached files by clicking on the associated icons as highlighted by the screenshot below
