System Administrators have the ability to export all their Partner details offline for reporting purposes. The Detailed Report will export all Partner , Product, and Contact information as an Excel file that can also be amended and imported into the platform.

You can also download the Audit log for Partner Data which will give timestamped logs of which users have modified the data and its old vs new state. This is helpful for keeping track of who made what changes in the platform and when.

Note: You must be configured as a System Administrator to access this module. If you do not currently have this configuration enabled, please reach out to a current System Administrator to request the same.
This article will cover the following topics:

From the System Admin Module, navigate to the Partners screen by clicking on the Clients tab. Click on the Export Data dropdown and click on Download Detailed Report button as shown below.

In the Export All Partner Window, click the Export button to confirm the export file that will be sent to your email.

Once the download is complete, you will receive an email as shown below. Click the Download File button to download the CSV.
