Reactivating External Contacts from the System Admin Module

System Administrators can re-invite, track the invitation history, and reactivate contacts from the System Admin Module. The invitation history feature helps users view how many invitations have been sent to contacts, along with the ability to re-send an invitation. Furthermore, contacts that have expired or have been deactivated can be re-invited and reactivated, respectively.

Reactivating a Contact

  1. Navigate to the System Admin Module, Contacts screen, and select the Show dropdown and filter by Deactivated as shown below.

  2. Click on the 3 dots icon under the Action and select the Reactivate option as shown below.

    Once this is done, a success message will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming that the contact has been reactivated.
