Setting a Partner Contact as Primary from the System Admin Module

System Administrators have the ability to set any Partner Contact as Primary from the System Admin Module or the Partners Module. The first contact added to a partner will be set as the Primary Contact by default, but a different contact can be made Primary for that Partner at any time.

Note: You must be a System Administrator to access this module. If you do not have this configuration, please reach out to a current Sys Admin user and request the same.

Setting a Partner Contact as Primary

  1. From the System Admin Module, navigate to the Partners screen and select the Partner of your choice as shown below.

  2. Once in the Partner Details tab, navigate to the Contacts tab. For the desired contact, click on the 3 dots icon under the Action column, and select the Set as Primary option as shown below.

  3. In the Set As Primary Contact Window, click the Set As Primary button to confirm as shown below.
