Add values to custom fields to External RFPs & DDQs

After your custom fields are created, the next step is to populate them with data. Users can add values while creating a questionnaire and later update them while editing a questionnaire.

Assigning Custom Fields

Users can add custom values when creating a new questionnaire.

  1. To start, click on the Add Questionnaire button, as shown below.

  2. From the Add Questionnaire Window, you can enter values for your custom fields. On add, your new questionnaire will reflect these values.

Editing an Existing Questionnaire Custom Fields

  1. Navigate to an existing questionnaire, click on the 3 dots icon under  the 'Actions' column, and select the Edit Properties option.

  2. From the Edit Properties Window, update your custom field values and click on the Save button to confirm your changes.
