The CENTRL Response360 browser extension helps you access your organization’s approved Answer Library content while working in other web-based tools, such as RFP portals, DDQ platforms, security assessment portals, browser-based spreadsheets, email clients, and CRM systems.
Instead of switching back and forth between tabs or searching through documents, you can use the extension to search Response360, review relevant Answer Library matches, copy approved content, and paste it directly into the portal or message you are working on.
Note: The extension is available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

To begin using the extension, the user will need to add it to their Chrome browser.

Open Microsoft Edge.

Go to the CENTRL Response360 Extension page in Microsoft Edge Add-ons:[Placeholder: Insert Microsoft Edge Add-ons URL]

Click Get.

When prompted, click Add extension.

After installation, click the Extensions icon in Edge.

Find CENTRL Response360 Extension.

Click the Show in toolbar option to keep the extension visible.
Note: If you are logged into Centrl already, you do not have to sign in again. You can also sign in and close and reopen the extension to skip this process.

Click the CENTRL Response360 Extension icon in your browser toolbar.

If prompted, sign in using your CENTRL Response360 credentials.

Complete any required single sign-on or multi-factor authentication steps.

Once signed in, the extension will use your existing Response360 access permissions.
Note: The extension only displays Answer Library content that your account is permitted to access.

To initiate a session, click on the Extension icon, as shown below.

Within the Search Answer Library window, enter or paste the question, prompt, or key terms into the search field. Along with confirming a Semantic or Keyword search type.
Note: Semantic Search: Best for full questions or natural-language prompts.
Keyword Search: Best when searching for specific terms, product names, standards, controls, or phrases.

After confirming your search, you will be able to review the results retrieved from your Answer Library.

You can also click on a result entry to review the full answer and the option to open the response by using the Open in Answer Library link.
After locating your desired answer within the Answer Library, the user can copy and paste answers that are open-text-type questions.
