System Administrators can create and manage the roles of users at their organization to control access to specific modules, tasks, and data in the application. This is done by adding a new role, setting the available permissions, and assigning the role to a user.
The roles matrix below allows System Admins to set permissions for their custom roles and default roles according to their organizational requirements. Our platform offers three default roles: Super User, User, and Super-User: View All Assessments/Issues.

Reports: Users can access any Assessment report.
