Roles and Permissions

System Administrators can create and manage the roles of users at their organization to control access to specific modules, tasks, and data in the application. This is done by adding a new role, setting the available permissions, and assigning the role to a user.

The roles matrix below allows System Admins to set permissions for their custom roles and default roles according to their organizational requirements. Our platform offers three default roles: Super User, User, and Super-User: View All Assessments/Issues.

Documents Permissions

  • Read: Users can view Documents within their organization(s).

  • Write: Users can view and modify Documents within their organization(s).

  • Approve: Users can approve Documents within their organization(s).

  • Publish: Users can publish Documents within their organization(s).

  • Reports: Users can view and generate Document reports within their organization(s).

Note: The Approve and Publish permissions will only be available for users with Publish360.

Answer Library Permissions

  • Read: Users can view Answer Library answers within their organization(s).

  • Write: Users can create and modify Answer Library answers within their organization(s).

External RFPs & DDQs Permissions

  • Read: Users can view External RFPs & DDQs questionnaires and responses within their organization(s) for Partners/Vendors you have access to.

  • Write: Users can modify and add External RFPs & DDQs questionnaires and responses within their organization(s).

  • View All: Users can view all External RFPs & DDQs questionnaires and responses within their organization(s).

  • Modify All: Users can modify all External RFPs & DDQs questionnaires and responses within their organization(s).

  • Smart Response: Users will be able to use Smart Response on all External RFPs & DDQs questionnaires within their organization(s).

Assessments Permissions

  • View All: Users can view Assessments within their organization(s).

  • Reports: Users can access any Assessment report.

  • Smart Response: Users can use Smart Response/Auto-Answering on published Assessments.

Issues Permissions
