System Administrators can create custom questionnaire fields that can be enabled at the questionnaire level. This allows users to use these fields to better match internal tracking needs and reporting workflows.

First, navigate to the System Admin Module, then to the Advanced Configuration Screen, and click the External RFPs &DDQs under the Field Management section as shown below.

To add new custom fields, click the Add External RFPs & DDQs Field button as shown below.

Within the External RFPs & DDQs Window, configure the field Name and Type as shown below.
The field type can be Multi-line text, Drop-down, Input, Currency, Date, or Numeric. There are 6 supported field types.

By default, when adding a new field, the system will automatically save the field to be Enabled but not Required. Make adjustments accordingly and click the Add Field button to confirm, as shown below.

Enabled: The setting is turned on and the field is active/available to use. If a field is enabled, users can see it and (if applicable) enter or map a value.

Required: A value must be provided for the field to be considered complete. If a field is required, users can’t save/submit (or complete the step) until it has a value.

Navigate to an assessment field, click the 3 dots icon, and select the Edit icon as shown below.

In the External RFPs & DDQs field Window make available changes and click Save Changes button to confirm, as shown below.

To delete custom External RFPs & DDQs fields, click the 3 dots icon, and select the Delete button as shown below.

In the Delete Window, click the Delete Product Name button.
